How hard would it be for me to learn how to play the piano?
Question from this screaming inside my head:
I have been playing the alto saxophone since I was in 6th grade ( I am now in 9th grade). So how hard would it be for me to learn how to play the piano?

Well, how hard is a piece of string. you have the ability to learn an instrument, that is a good start. The thing most find difficult with piano is the ability read both clefs at once. If you don’t want to read music to play then how good is your ear. You are at a slight disadvantage in that the instrument you play only plays melody and therefore you would have to work at hearing the harmonics of the music. There is nothing stopping you trying, but to answer your question honestly and completely, I would have to have met you. And I don’t see that happening.
well its not easy but easier then most. you already have some music background but the sax isn’t like the piano. the piano is fun … good luck!
if your fingers are coordinated then it would be quite simple
I played the viola since 4th grade and just decided to try the cello over the summer. I had somebackground information ut i did not know much. It is always good to try things new and there are websites to help you learn piano notes. Try to get a private tutor. You can do anything if you try…
P.,S- to remeber the lines ona piano staff just remeber bottom to top is” Every Good Boy Does Fine” the first letter of each word is the letter on the line”
To remeber spaces just remeber”FACE” F is one space A i9s another C is another and ED is another. Hope that helps and maybe you willl be a pro one day!! lol
I play piano
and i found that it’s easier than most instruments
but thats my opinion.
It depends how cordinated your fingers are
and what type of piece the song is.
it wont be an overnight thing
and it will take time.
but just keep practicing
